If You Go All the Way Down There, You Might As Well Kiss the Blarney Stone!

The road to Hell is paved with good intentions...and all that jazz. My original idea for this blog was to post the short stories that I have written. While it is true that I have written short stories, I can't seem to finish them. I'm sure there is some sort of psychological explanation behind my inability to complete them, but I don't really care at this point. Since I have no intentions of posting these incomplete stories on here quite yet, I have decided to use it as my journal.

Journals online are always tricky--some will feel that I am saying too much while others will think that I am being vague or passive aggressive. I am considering using fake names when I write my blogs, but that may get too confusing. At the same time, I don't want to be posting things about other people without their consent. For now I am thinking of using real names if it is good things that I'm writing and for the things that are less than good... I'd seriously consider the possibility of using other names!

Let the games begin!

Last night we went to Killarney's (no big surprise there). At first it was only me and Kat, but then Tawnya and her friend Joey joined us. Kat and I had beers while Tawnya and Joey chose to take shots of tequila. They went to see Public Enemies while they were good and drunk while Kat and I stayed and harassed the employees at Killarney's. After about an hour or so, Tawnya came back to Killarney's because they had to leave the movie earlier than expected. Apparently Joey started throwing up... a lot! I can't believe that nobody stopped to think that maybe the really drunk guy shouldn't go sit in a dark room! I swear, Sharon and Kristin taught me better than that!
